Terms of service

Please read and make sure you understand these terms of service and things to note before you commissioning me.

Payment

Payment via PayPal (USD). I will send you the paypal.me link instead of invoice.Full payment is required so I can start sketch and proceed to complete it.**Please let me know if you’re already paid.

General rules

o Strictly for PERSONAL USE only. No commercial use or any business (Extra fee will be added for commercial use)
o Do not claim the artwork as yours or modify it.
o Please always credit my art. Thanks

How to contact

I will respond within 24 hours. If I don’t, please spam me as I might missed your message.

Commission procedure

1. Fill out the order form in detail to claim a slot.* or request form from VGen Commission.(please provide clear ref of the character and I am not accepting real life human photo for character except clothes and accessory)2. I will update you for delivery time and estimate price.(the delivery time might take longer if the queue is long and estimate price if your character is complex or having additional items or background)3. If you ok with the delivery time and price, then I will start the sketch (3-7days) after full payment is received. If not, you can cancel it and I will remove your name from the slot.(I will send the sketch through google drive link. I will consider you cancelled the order if you didn’t reply in 48 hours, the link will be deleted after 48 hours also.)4. After confirmation on the sketch, (will confirm with you again the final price if having additional revisions and changes) I will proceed to complete it.5. The finished artwork will be sent to you via google drive. Let me know if you have other way for me to send you.

Notes:

o It will take around 3-60 days to finish your commission after full payment is received. However, it might take up to 3 months to finish commission if the queue is long. (will update you before I start the sketch)
o No Revision & No Contact for Surprise me- Skeb Style commission.
o No Revision for RKGK & YCH commission.
o If you think the delivery time is too long for you, PLEASE do not commission me.
o Rushed work is not accepted.
o You can cancel the order before payment. Tell me earlier.
o I might not accept the commission if the schedule is too rushed or not capable to draw it.
o No refunds are offered.

**Extras:

o Make sure my art style is what you want before you order. I will not change my art style.
o Do not change whole design and info suddenly after confirm the sketch or when I start proceed to finish.
o Please remember to check your email or inbox
o I will upload finished art with watermark on my social network. Please let me know if you don’t want the art to be posted on my sites.
o I do not allow for my work to be used or turned into an NFT (Non-fungible token) and AI "art" under any circumstance.
